“Studies show that time spent walking and learning in natural settings can improve attention, memory, and cognitive processing more than equivalent time spent indoors, likely because nature supports attention restoration and reduces mental fatigue.” (Scientific Reports)
“Other work comparing natural versus urban environments found that nature exposure can improve affect (mood) and some cognitive measures such as working memory, compared to walking in urban settings.” (ScienceDirect)
“Outdoor learning environments (e.g., nature‑based educational settings) have been associated with increased engagement, improved focus, and better learning outcomes compared with traditional indoor settings.” (Green Schoolyards America)

About your guide and trainer:
Cosmin Mihoreanu - certified UIMLA Bergwanderführer and DVNLP Lehrtrainer

Welcome,

If you try to do everything yourself instead of trusting your team, it’s easy to become overwhelmed or burnt out. Conflicts between colleagues that go unresolved can quickly damage team dynamics. If team members are often absent, lack initiative, or do only the minimum, the team’s performance will suffer.

Without the right skills and confidence, underperformance is almost inevitable. This course teaches you how to clarify your role, make effective strategic plans, understand and connect with people, motivate them, and ultimately inspire your team.

After leading more than 100 hikes, summting very challenging mountains such as the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc, and going on expeditions on some of the highest peaks in the world — ElbrusAconcagua, KilimanjaroCarstensz Pyramid, and many more — and as a certified German UIMLA Bergwanderführer (Mountain Leader), I offer a fear of heights hiking training that gives you the confidence and skills to move safely and independently in the mountains.

As an NLP communication trainer, I focus on clarity, simplicity, and practical application. My goal is not just to present concepts, but to make “outdoor leadership training” easy to understand, apply, and remember.

As a systemic coach, I observe patterns and dynamics very quickly. I pay close attention to what is said — and also to what is not said. This allows me to identify the real need behind a situation quickly.

As a production manager in the automotive industry, I lead teams of up to 15 people, ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and effective decision-making—even in high-pressure situations.

My goal is simple: that you leave this course feeling confident, prepared, and capable of acting calmly and effectively when it truly matters.

Step into nature, step into leadership.
